Standard Price Includes:
- Digging and setting pool with backfill.
- Pool installed and filled with water (Water at Customer's expense).
- Variable speed pump.
- 24 Inch Sand Filter.
- Fully automated- Smart, Saltwater system.
- LED Lights inside pool/spa (varies with package)
- Coping (Flagstone around pool)
- 4ft of broom finished concrete around exterior of pool.
Installation Includes:
- Plumbing maximum 50’ from pool (anything over this, will be additional)
- Electrical maximum 50' from electrical source (anything over this will be additional)
- Gas line (only needed if Natural gas or propane heater is ordered) maximum 50' from tap in location to equipment pad (anything over will be additional)
- Permits Included (Site Plan not included in permit package). Customer to provide site plan for permitting.
- Heater comes with SPA pricing only; If heater is desired for pool, that carries an additional charge.
